Quick start

Planned: list in, loaded cart out.

1. A step turns your grocery list (or a recipe) into an Instacart cart via the official API.
2. The agent returns a deep link to the assembled cart.
3. You review substitutions and complete the purchase yourself — the human stays on checkout.
